Faliraki

Overview
More than 5 km long, Faliraki is the most well-known and most organized beach on Rhodes.  The golden sand and crystalline, perfectly clear waters of the beach allow the visitor to enjoy bathing and sea games, such as water-ski, banana boats, jet ski, ringos, or to take part in more dangerous sports such as Bungee-jumping and Sky-surfing.  The Faliraki Water Park is located in this area; it is the largest water part in Europe, where the visitor can enjoy water-slides, pools with huge waves, and many other aquatic games.  There is a special kids’ park, where 35 specialized lifeguards guarantee the safety of both the children and adults.  Furthermore, there is an organized nudist beach at Faliraki, which is located south of the central beach, between “Kathara” and the “Anthony Quinn Bay.”  After bathing, you can enjoy a coffee or a drink at one of the many bars in the area, or alternatively, you can set out on gastronomic journeys in one of the restaurants in the area.  After the sunset, Faliraki is the center of nightlife with many and varied outlets.
